I could do a back flip right now because I learned how to add a "cute" background to my page. I got it from http://www.thecutestblogontheblock.com/. There is a link posted in the upper left hand corner of the blog.

Make that 2 back flips since I FINALLY figured out how to add my playlist to my blog. Yeah! for me. If anyone wants to hear my playlist then they just click on the finetune widget to the left of the blog and they can play my playlist or they can visit the original widget and hear tunes that they want to play. Now if I figure out how to add my gospel playlist then I'll be cooking with grease. I also have to figure out how to share my blog with others because as of today I am the only person visiting my site :-( Rome was not conquered in a day and I'm sure Pinky & the Brain are still trying to figure out how to take over the world.

New to Blogging

Ok so I was so elated reading other people's blogs that I thought, 'Wouln't it be great to start my very own blog!' So I did.

I threw caution to the wind and said technical challenges be damned I can do this. It took me hours (plural) to add my picture and my 'about me' profile, then the next week it was deleted and I'm still not sure how, but I created this one in it's place.

Next, I decided that I wanted to have a music stream like all my Blogger Idols. I went to Playlist and Finetune...spent even more countless hours creating a playlist of my favorite songs, but I was too technically challenged to figure out how to add the playlist to the widget. The result is I can visit those sites and play my fav songs all day long, but they are forever a mystery to all of you my new friends.

The upside I guess is that with my Finetune widget any of you that are visiting can type in your favorite songs and listen to it while you read whatever poignant tidbit I might have to share. Enjoy--this widget's for you.
